3. Products and Services (Lighting)

Our store specializes in premium electrical lighting fixtures (table lamps, floor lamps).

  • Product Accuracy: We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products that appear at the store as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
  • Product Safety & Installation: Any electrical lighting fixtures purchased from RoyalDecoric must be used in accordance with UK standard electrical safety guidelines. We are not liable for any damage, injury, or electrical faults resulting from improper installation or misuse of our lamps and lighting products.
  • Availability: All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Order & Payment Terms (Cash on Delivery)

Unlike traditional e-commerce stores, RoyalDecoric exclusively operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment model for all UK orders.

  • Payment Commitment: By placing an order on our Site, you are making a binding commitment to purchase the selected items. You agree to have the exact cash amount ready to hand over to the courier executive upon the delivery of your package.
  • Refusal of Delivery: Refusing to accept and pay for a confirmed COD order upon arrival without prior cancellation (before dispatch) causes significant logistical losses. We reserve the right to block or ban users who repeatedly place false COD orders or refuse packages at the doorstep without a valid reason.
  • No Online Billing: We do not ask for your credit card, debit card, or PayPal details at checkout.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and shipping information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your phone number and shipping address, so that we can complete your COD deliveries and contact you as needed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping policies, including our 5:00 PM GMT cut-off time, 1-2 business days processing, and 3-5 business days transit times, are governed by our official Shipping Policy. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you also acknowledge and agree to our Shipping Policy. RoyalDecoric is not liable for delayed deliveries caused by incorrect customer addresses or carrier-related disruptions.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns of fragile items and lamps are strictly governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Items must be uninstalled, unused, and in their original protective packaging to be eligible for a return within our 30-day window. Because we use COD, approved refunds are settled via bank transfer. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Return & Refund Policy.
